Take a dedicated 45 minutes over the phone for a relaxed, open conversation about personal or work-related stress. Whether you’re dealing with everyday challenges or long-term emotional blocks, this session offers support, fresh perspectives, and practical solutions – without judgment.
Diet Consultations
In this focused 30-minute session, you’ll receive practical, easy-to-follow dietary advice tailored to your lifestyle – whether you’re living in India or abroad. We’ll look at your current eating habits, daily routine, and personal goals (like weight management, energy levels, digestion, or general wellness). Consultation is followed by a weekly diet chart in your email or WhatsApp.
