Meet Poonam
Poonam is a certified Yoga and wellness coach, Fitness, and Corporate Wellness consultant and a breast cancer survivor, who helps people rebuild confidence, consistency, and calm through simple, sustainable routines. As the founder of MindBodyZen, she blends yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, meditation, and practical nutrition into approachable, real-life programs for individuals, families, and organizations, delivered onsite or online across India and with clients abroad.
Her method is calm and structured: mindful movement, safe progressions, and short, repeatable habits that fit busy schedules. Poonam has designed and delivered corporate wellness initiatives and workshops on posture, mindfulness, and stress relief for teams in Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and remote offices. As a survivor, she brings lived resilience and empathy to every session—meeting people where they are and guiding them forward with clarity and care.
